COVID-19: House of reps discloses what schools should do before been permitted to reopen

The House of Reps has recently said that all schools in the county both private and public should be fumigated properly before they are reopened for studies.

The legislators made the statement in a latter to the minister of education, Mallam Adamu Adamu, by it's committee on education, The nation reported.

The house said students in the country should be informed of the dangers of COVID-19 and possible ways of protecting themselves from getting infected.

The lawmakers also urged the minister to reach out to students in the rural areas with online teaching.

The lawmakers also asked the management of schools in the country to promote washing of hands and good hygiene in schools to help privent the virus.
